Police across Rhode Island will be adding DUI patrols this weekend as the summer winds down.
As reported by WPRI, additional “high visibility” police patrols will be out looking for impaired and drunk drivers on Rhode Island roads.
The end of summer through labor day weekend is a typical period for more aggressive DUI enforcement and extra police on the road.
As always, be careful out there, and watch your alcohol consumption if you plan to be driving. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
