condition that he/she come back to court on
the next scheduled date; and
- Failed to appear personally at the
scheduled court date or voluntarily within
the following 30 days
The punishment for bail jumping is a sentence
of the same fine and/or incarceration as that of
the original felony, so long as it is not more
than 10 years.
